I cannot believe that I am down to my pre-marriage weight and feel more fit and stronger than I did then which was over 20 years ago. I’ve lost 30lbs and have gained muscle with Kathleen’s workouts and nutrition guidance. I am dedicated and motivated and have become the best version of myself. I have so much more energy and feel more confident in the way I look, with my family & friends, in my work and so much more. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with some health related issues and put on medicine. I am now medicine free, just had my blood work done and all of my numbers are well within healthy ranges. This has been the best commitment I have made to myself, my wife and kids and to my life.

Kathleen is part motivation, part inspiration, and part badass as fitness instructors go. Never without positive reinforcement, Kathleen understands my unique fitness and health needs and tailors my workout regimen accordingly. Yet, she’s no pushover – right when I think I can’t push on during a set or a workout, Kathleen knows the right time and the right way to help me believe in myself and my own potential and strive to go the extra distance. I have had many fitness instructors over the years, but I have never worked with one with the knowledge, skill, and personality that matches Kathleen’s. I know I am healthier and stronger because of her. She’s a keeper!
I feel so fortunate to have found Kathleen! I’ve worked with her as I transitioned from physical therapy to continue my strengthening and fitness program for my back and leg pain. I am now stronger, fitter and experience fewer issues and episodes. I have been training with Kathleen for over a year, starting with group classes and currently adding in personal training to my routine. Kathleen is a fantastic trainer. She is very careful to make sure proper form is used to avoid injury. She can accommodate someone new to working out, or a veteran athlete.
